Our technical service is valid for 7 days from time of purchase. Maximum time for refunding case to our customer account directly, which is used to purchase our service for security reason, within 15 days.

Subscription charges:123printersupport.com offers different subscriber plans according to user needs like 90 days, 180 days and 365 days subscription plans for consumers. 123printersupport.com offers refund to any of its subscribed consumer within 30 days from the date of purchase without termination fees. From 31st day, refund will be calculated on a proportional distribution basis and 5$/m will be deducted as early termination fee.
